Shipping & Returns

PRODUCTION

Each JIWON CHOI piece is handmade at our Seoul studio. Since it is a made-to-order process, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days from your purchase date for the production and 2 to 3 business days to ship. Once your order is confirmed, completed, and shipped, emails will be send out to you with the process updates and tracking information.

SHIPPING

For all international orders, we ship via DHL Express with tracking number, except for Japan via EMS Post.

  • Please customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchases are the full responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase

  • All orders ship within 7-14 business days from your purchase date. Delivery speed may vary depending on the regions. Orders are not delivered on weekends or national holiday. 

  • When requested, we will gladly mark International orders as "gift," but the cost of the item is stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the packaging. 

  • For the fastest shipping, worldwide shipping DHL Express Delivery (1~2 days) is available on request.
  • The estimated price & delivery times for the fastest shipping: Standard DHL Express Shipping: $25 (2 - 7 business days), DHL Express AM Shipping: $50 (1-2 business days)

 

Returns + Exchange Policy

By placing an order from JIWON CHOI, you are agreeing to the following terms. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send an email to hello@jiwonchoi.com

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry items are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, the piece can be exchanged for a different size, or when needed with a supplement payment, for another product.
  • The exchange is only acceptable within the 7days from the date of your purchase.
  • Send us an email before sending your package to explain how we will arrange this exchange process (delivery address and payment).
  • We ask that all items sent back are returned in their original condition and packaging. 
  • We make sure every piece from JIWON CHOI is in a perfect condition before they arrive to you.
  • If you have any issues with your JIWON CHOI jewelry, please contact us and we will do our best to solve the situation and accommodate your request. Thank you for your support. 

 

 LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We send tracking number for your package when fulfilling your order; however, customers who may have not received their package due to their unavailability may directly contact the nearby DHL or post office, which keeps your package temporarily. 
  • We will NOT ship your items AGAIN for returned packages due to your unavailability at your location and unclaimed duration of time. Please contact hello@jiwonchoi.com to pay for the shipping fee once again if you want us to send you the package again via DHL Express.
  • If your order is lost or stolen, please email us via hello@jiwonchoi.com and we will do our best to assist you in finding a solution. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We only accept "order cancellations" if you post a request via email (hello@jiwonchoi.com) within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under pending status. Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
